Staffing Changes for 2025

Dear Patients,

Please be aware that Dr Zane Koetser will be leaving AMC on the 10th February, as she relocates out of the area. We would like to express our gratitude to her for 2 and half years of service and the excellent care she has provided. We are sure you will join us in wishing her all the best in her future endeavours.

In her last 2 weeks, we kindly ask that you only request an appointment with Dr Koetser for medical needs, rather than to make any personal farewells. If you would like to share your feedback or express your thanks, please feel free to write to the Practice, and we will ensure your messages are passed along.

We are pleased to announce that Dr Victoria Peck, whom many of you will know from her time with us previously, will be re-joining the team and starts on the 10th February. She has recently returned to living in the area and we are thrilled to welcome her back.

Dr Koetser’s patient list will be directly taken over by Dr Peck and there will be no disruption to any scheduling of appointments of processing of prescriptions/results etc.

We are also very pleased to welcome Gemma Thomas to our Advanced Nurse Practitioner team working to support the same day urgent appointment service. Gemma brings with her a wealth of experience and enthusiasm for the role.

To help keep the phone queues down and ensure the smooth running of administrative processes, we have also been able to grow our Reception team and welcome 2 new members of staff, Dean and Donna.
