Our receptionists are usually the first point of contact and are here to help you. They have a lot of information to hand and in most cases will be able to help with your enquiry, ensuring you see the most appropriate clinician. The receptionist's job is to ease the flow of consultations of patients so that doctors can see as many patients as possible within the working day. Messages may be left with the receptionists for the doctors and nurses. Constructive suggestions in writing are always welcome. Please address these to the Practice Manager. The receptionists and secretary will be able to help you with non-medical aspects of your care.
